Valerie Baldwin is a freelance Makeup Artist based in Philadelphia, PA, specializing in makeup for television and film.  She also does makeup for different events including weddings.  She has been trained in many different makeup techniques.

 

Her interest in makeup artistry began long before she reached high school.  Once she graduated high school, she decided to attend Make-up Designory (MUD).  MUD is located in NYC, the heart of the fashion world and is the only accredited makeup school in New York.  She completed her curriculum and is now certified through their prestigious Fashion Program.  The Fashion Program trained her in many different techniques for applying makeup.  She is looking forward to her future in television and film.
